After meticulous selection in the vineyard and careful manual harvesting, the grapes are delicately destemmed, then macerated and fermented for approximately 30 days. The pomace is then pressed. Only after 12 months of aging in cement can this wine express its full richness and smooth elegance, before being blended with previous vintages. Bottled unfiltered.

Great structure and decidedly determined drinkability, powerful but harmonious with evident notes of red fruit in alcohol (plums and cherries) and hints of rhubarb.
