After careful selection on the vine, the grapes are delicately destemmed. Fermentation and maturation of the pomace last approximately 15 days. Part of the resulting wine ages in French oak tonneaux for a period varying between 180 and 240 days; the remainder completes its maturation with bâtonnage in steel tanks, after which the blend is composed. Bottle aging varies from 4 to 5 months.
