Winemaking
After very careful agronomic management, the grapes are left to dry on the vine, always monitored by the expert eye of man. Fermentation takes place in French oak barriques, where it is then aged on its lees for 12 months. Bottle aging lasts from 10 to 12 months.
Aroma
A burst of aromas: ripe apricot, sweet sensations of dried figs and honey, toasted hazelnut and vanilla, aromatic herbs and mineral notes are just the most evident.
Taste
Poetry on the palate. Rich and deep, it impresses with its remarkable complexity, resulting from the fusion of sweetness, savory flavor, and smoothness. The finish is very long.
