Vineyard location located in the Apricena (Fg) countryside at the foot of the Gargano, they sink their roots into calcareous soils rich in minerals, with a south-west exposure.
Collection Manual
Winemaking Vinified in steel at a controlled temperature (25°C), the maceration lasts 15 days, favouring the maximum dissolution of the polyphenolic component.
Maturation Aged for 12 months in new French oak barriques, followed by 3 months in the bottle.
Alcohol Alcohol 14% Vol. Varies by vintage.
Organoleptic notes A deep ruby ​​red wine with purple highlights. On the nose, it is intense and persistent, elegant, immediately surprising with its richness of red fruits and berries, accompanied by a pleasant spicy undertone from the oak and the grapes themselves. On the palate, it is rich, warm, and deep, with enveloping fruity aromas, good tannins, and balanced freshness, finishing with a remarkably persistent finish.

Recommended pairings It pairs well with many meat-based dishes, roasts and ragùs, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.
