NEBBIOLO D'ALBA DOC - THE GENERAL'S WINES - Dogliani

Obtained from the vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, after aging for about a year, this wine is obtained, an example of tenacity and harmony.
Noble in its aromas and ethereal on the palate, Nebbiolo d'Alba demands to be drunk on a wide variety of occasions, from formal ones to simple everyday moments.

AGING

Aged for approximately 12 months before bottling and approximately 4 months in bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Ruby red in color with garnet highlights, the nose releases intense aromas of ripe fruit, spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, tannic when young and velvety with age.

COMBINATIONS

Preference for meat-based dishes, especially roasts
