After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, approximately 3 months in steel follow.
A wine with an intense yellow color tending towards golden, with floral and bread crust aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and savory with a pronounced acidity.
It pairs well with herb risottos, asparagus dishes, and eggs. It's ideal with all fish and shellfish dishes.
