This grape variety, typical of the hills surrounding the eponymous municipality of Dogliani, produces a wine that reflects the traditional concept of Piedmontese wine: not overly complex but highly satisfying. The Dogliani DOCG ages for approximately 4 months in stainless steel tanks and approximately 2 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red in color, the aroma is fruity, fresh, and distinctive. On the palate, it is dry, almondy, and harmonious.
It goes well with cured meats, first courses, poultry, roasts, game
