Only the finest selections of hand-picked grapes are transported directly to the cellar in small crates, where they are gently placed in the press. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Maturation in French oak barrels varies between 120 and 150 days. Bottle aging varies between 4 and 5 months.
