After carefully hand-picked, the grapes are delicately destemmed, then macerated and fermented for approximately 30 days. The pomace is then slowly pressed. Only after 12 months of patient maturation in French oak barrels is the blend expertly blended. Bottled unfiltered, the wine ages in bottle for 10 to 12 months.
