After meticulous selection in the vineyard and careful manual harvesting, the grapes are delicately destemmed, then macerated and fermented for approximately 30 days. The pomace is then pressed. Only after 12 months of maturation in French oak barrels can this wine express its richness and smooth elegance. Bottled unfiltered, it is aged in bottle for 12 months.
